  • On our consultation call, I'll ask specific questions about your situation, like how far behind you are, number of accounts, transaction volume, etc. This allows me to give you an accurate quote before we start.

  • I've seen it all, and there's absolutely no judgment. Whether it's 6 months or 6 years, we'll create a plan to get you current. It might take longer and cost more, but it's absolutely doable.

  • Nope. Just give me access to your accounts and any documentation you have (even if it's a shoebox of receipts). Part of what you're paying for is me doing the organizing.

  • I'll let you know immediately and we'll discuss options. Sometimes we discover tax issues, missing income, or other concerns. I'll always communicate clearly and help you understand your options.

  • Yes! I primarily work with QuickBooks Online, but I can work with most major platforms (Xero, FreshBooks, etc.) or help you transition to a better system if needed.

  • That's entirely up to you. Some clients hire me for ongoing monthly bookkeeping, some do it themselves now that things are clean, and some hire a different bookkeeper. I'm happy to support whatever works best for you.
